Aptitudes in the Bigger Picture
Offered exclusively to clients of the Johnson O’Connor Research Foundation, this four-week course provides a framework for applying aptitudes to the bigger picture of career development. In a small group setting, participants will engage in guided reflection structured to support their decisions about the direction and development of their work. They will take away tools and practices they can use to lead themselves well for the rest of their lives.
In addition to the four topical meetings, participants may schedule two 1-on-1 coaching sessions for more personal work. This bonus is offered to provide participants with the experience of a powerful professional service that supports growth toward their goals.

Gifts
Much has been given to each of us, from personality to aptitudes. Considering these gifts helps inform career development.
Choice
Unique and unrepeatable persons endowed with freedom, we are more than our gifts. Interests and values are part of the mix.
Vision
Dedicating time to imagine your preferred future supports direction rather than drift. Without vision, we can run amok.
Relationships
The royal road of career development is paved with relationships. Learn how to “network” without feeling slimy.
